Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our massage & wellness center. We want your experience—from scheduling to your session itself—to feel easy, transparent, and stress-free. The following policy outlines how bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for both single one-time massage sessions and multi-session massage bundles. Our goal is to provide clarity for our clients while also ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below. 1. Booking Policies

1.1 Booking Single One-Time Sessions

 

  • Single sessions can be booked directly through our website.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

  • If you need assistance booking online, you may contact us and we will be happy to help.

 

 

1.2 Booking Multi-Session Bundles (3-Pack or 5-Pack)

 

  • Bundles must be purchased in full at the time of checkout through our website.

  • After purchase, you will receive:

    • A confirmation receipt

    • Instructions on how to schedule each session

    • A unique bundle code or client account credit reflecting your remaining sessions

  • Bundle sessions can be booked online at any time within the 6-month validity period.

2. Rescheduling, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Our time together is important, and appointment slots are reserved especially for you. To respect both your time and ours, we have the following policies in place.

2.1 Single One-Time Sessions

 

Cancellations

 

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session start time.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment are not eligible for a refund, but you may still reschedule (see below).

 

Rescheduling

 

  • You may reschedule your session at no cost up to 1 hour before the appointment.

  • Rescheduling within 1 hour of your session may result in a small late-change fee (amount listed at checkout or provided upon request).

  • All rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment date unless otherwise discussed.

 

No-Shows

 

  • A no-show is defined as:

    • Not arriving for your scheduled session

    • Arriving too late to complete the session

    • Failing to contact us before the start time

  • No-shows are charged the full session fee and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

 

 

2.2 Multi-Session Bundles (3-Pack & 5-Pack)

Cancelling the Bundle Purchase

 

  • You may cancel your bundle purchase within 3 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

  • Refund requests must be made via email or WhatsApp.

  • After the 3-day window, bundle purchases become non-refundable.

 

Validity Period

 

  • All sessions included in your bundle must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.

  • Expired sessions are not refundable or transferable.

 

Rescheduling Bundle Sessions

 

  • Bundle sessions may be rescheduled at no cost up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time.

  • You are welcome to reschedule as many times as needed within the 6-month validity period.

  • If you do not reschedule at least 1 hour before the appointment, the session will be considered “missed” (see below).

 

Missed or Late-Cancelled Sessions

 

  • Missed sessions (including no-shows or cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment) are deducted from your remaining bundle balance.

  • Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited back.

 

Gifting & Transfer

 

  • Bundle sessions may be gifted to another person if you wish to share your remaining sessions.

  • Transfers must be arranged by contacting us directly so we can assign the session to the correct client account.

  • Once a gifted session is booked, standard policies apply to the person receiving the appointment.

3. Refund Policies

3.1 Refunds for Single Sessions

 

A full refund is available for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment. After this window, single-session bookings are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled as noted above.

 

3.2 Refunds for Bundles

 

  • A full refund for the purchase of a 3- or 5-session bundle is available within 3 days of purchase.

  • After 3 days, bundle purchases are non-refundable, regardless of whether sessions have been booked or used.

  • Individual unused sessions from a bundle cannot be refunded separately.

3.3 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Late Arrivals

We understand that life happens and delays occur. If you arrive late:

  • We will do our best to provide your full session if possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.

  • If time limitations prevent the full session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for the next client.

  • The full session fee (or bundle credit) still applies.
